Terms of Service

1. The service
Dialin provides AI-assisted golf swing analysis and coaching. Coaching output is generated by AI models and is informational — it is not professional instruction, and you use it at your own risk and judgement.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. One person per account.
3. Plans and payment
Dialin offers a one-time licence for bring-your-own-keys access and a monthly subscription (plus a one-time implementation fee) for Dialin-billed AI usage. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscription access ends if payment fails and is not remedied. Fair-use limits apply to AI usage on Dialin-billed plans; current limits are shown when reached.
4. Free trials and invite codes
Invite codes grant time-boxed free access on Dialin-billed AI credits with reduced usage limits. One trial per person. Trials end automatically at expiry; no payment is taken unless you choose a paid plan. Codes may be revoked in cases of abuse.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of videos and notes you upload. You grant Dialin the limited right to process them (including via third-party AI providers — Google and Anthropic) solely to provide the service to you.
6. Bring-your-own-keys
If you connect your own AI provider API keys, you are responsible for those provider accounts and their costs. Keys are stored encrypted and used only for your own requests.
7. Acceptable use
No attempts to circumvent usage limits, share accounts or invite codes at scale, probe or disrupt the service, or upload unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that do.
8. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dialin's liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Changes and termination
We may update these terms with notice; continued use is acceptance. You may close your account at any time. Governing law: Ireland.
