Refund Policy

1. One-time licence (bring your own keys)
If Dialin isn't for you, request a refund within 14 days of purchase at support@dialin.golf — no questions asked, provided usage has been reasonable. AI costs billed to you by Google or Anthropic on your own accounts are outside Dialin's control and cannot be refunded by us.
2. Managed subscription
You can cancel anytime from Settings → Manage Billing; access continues until the end of the paid period and no further charges are taken. The one-time implementation fee is refundable within 14 days of first purchase if you also cancel the subscription in that window.
3. Free trials
Trials are free — nothing to refund. No card is taken for invite-code trials.
4. EU withdrawal right
EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. By starting to use the service immediately you consent to supply during the withdrawal period; the refund terms above continue to apply.
5. How to request
Email support@dialin.golf from your account email with your purchase details. Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days.
