Privacy Policy

⚠ DRAFT — this document is a placeholder pending legal review and may change before launch.

1. Who we are

Dialin (dialin.golf) is the data controller for personal data processed through the service. Contact: support@dialin.golf.

2. What we collect

Account data (email, authentication identifiers); swing videos and thumbnails you upload; coaching notes you add to your knowledge base; analysis results; billing data (handled by Stripe — we never see full card numbers); usage events (feature, timestamp) used for fair-use limits.

3. How we use it

To provide the service: videos are processed by AI providers (Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude) to generate your analysis; coaching notes are embedded for retrieval in your own analyses only. Usage events enforce plan limits and prevent abuse. We do not sell personal data or use your content to train models.

4. Where it lives

Data is stored with Supabase (database, authentication, video storage) and processed on Vercel. Payment data is processed by Stripe. AI processing is performed by Google and Anthropic under their API terms; video content sent for analysis is not retained by Dialin beyond your stored sessions.

5. Your keys

If you bring your own AI keys, they are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) and are never displayed back or shared. They are used solely to make AI requests on your behalf.

6. Retention and deletion

Your content is retained while your account is active. You can delete individual sessions, and you may request full account deletion (including videos, notes, keys and analyses) at support@dialin.golf — deletion is completed within 30 days. [Self-service account deletion is planned before launch.]

7. Your rights

Under GDPR you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with the Irish Data Protection Commission. Contact support@dialin.golf to exercise them.

8. Cookies

Dialin uses essential cookies for authentication and session management only. [If analytics are added, this section and a consent mechanism will be updated accordingly.]
